Savers is a nonprofit community donation center. Groups such as the Laremont PSO work to collect gently-used clothing, shoes, soft goods and small household and kitchen appliances for the Savers donation center. Savers will “buy” the donations at $.20 per pound to resell in their stores. Not only does it help provide funds for the PSO, but we are working as a community to keep tons of stuff out of the landfills. We will be hosting various drop-off events beginning in January through April.
